All of the staff members were on break for a full hour all at the same time and when they did finally stroll in, they didn’t even acknowledge all the patients that were gathering in the waiting room. They were in there like they were hanging out talking about their personal problems and everything not acknowledging the patients that were there. Unbelievable and no accountability. A nice new center horrible staff doesn’t seem to be managed by anybody.
I was just asked about this office today and my advice was to FIND A BETTER dentist. People go where they are treated right, get quality care and a job well done - She doesn't offer any of these. I haven't returned since the beginning of the year and I wouldn't take a stray dog there. I give thumbs up to the rest of the staff though.
