My muffler broke. I was a single parent and I was broke. I told the owner about what I thought that I could afford. He called me after the "repairs" and said "Great news! You came in $20 under the budget!" 2 days later my car sounded like a rolling machine gun. I took my car to a different facility and they put it on the lift. The mechanic showed me that ONLY the muffler was replaced and I was informed by Mr. Hunter that the ENTIRE EXHAUST SYSTEM had been replaced. At the time, a muffler went for about $20.
