Don't move here unless you get a top level apartment. Insulation is SO bad that you hear EVERYTHING above you. People peeing, walking, having sex, literally EVERYTHING. If you don't want to lose sleep then don't move here. Price is good in the scheme of Denver but you get what you pay for.
Terrible, nasty, horrible people. Maintenance takes forever to come out and doesn't fix everything. My sink was installed so poorly that it had caulk all over it and never cleaned off. Moved in across from a wife beater and management knew but told me after I complained. The owner is to good to call tenants back. The property manager yells and cusses at you. The office manager is fake and knows nothing. The name says it, RUN!
Great place to live, super close to various call center work, awesome staff, close to stores and in the Cherry Creek school district. However, it's old, with old pipes, so it flooded. They did take care of and compensate for it. Not the best parking, but that's pretty much the same everywhere.
