buildings old. external paint chipped/curling. black tarp and pipes show through what once was gravel. trees and bushes dieing. every year snow truck pushes snow up to walkways and handicap with no consideration. patio deck nails rusted and coming up from floor. external Windows never cleAned. cigarette butts everywhere. trash bins area littered. walkways in units swept 1x year. grounds maintenance never walks the area to lick up trash on grass area and rock beds and parking lot. and yet re t continues to climb?

The apartments are a good deal for the money. Actually, a great deal. Problem is...staff. There's very little customer service or thought for the fact that they are there as a job and being paid for their time but your time is your life. They expect you to be available on THEIR schedule when it suits them and jump to their tune giving no concept to the idea that you have obligations and responsibilities, also. They count.
