loved having a garage, patio, nice apartment, friendly neighbors, pool, workout room, etc. reasonable rent.
Walls are paper thin. I can guarantee a miserable time at these apartments. Especially if you live on the first floor.
Worst upper management company ever
do not recommend. walls are paper thin and poorly insulated.
RecommendedI moved here in August and have really enjoyed it so far. Katurah is super helpful and I have always had a good experience with her! They also love the dogs here - hard to find in most apartments
We called maintenance for an issue with our garbage disposal. Ernest came within 24 hours and fixed it so quickly. I am pleased with the service.
I couldn’t agree more with the comment below. Having been at an apartment complex before where maintenance was often very slow and poorly done, for sure one of the best things about Hunters Ridge is the quality of their maintenance team. Punctual, polite, informative about the work they are doing and great with working around pets. I have a dog who loves to bark, I often feel bad for the workers but they are understanding and like seeing my dog. One of the best things about Hunters Ridge is the quality of their maintenance team. They are always very cordially and treat you like family when they’re in your home. One of my favorites is Ernest, he always gets me taken care of!
I recently moved to Hunters Ridge because of a recommendation from a friend and I already love living here! There’s just enough units to not feel overwhelming and it’s super cute and quiet. Also, having a good relationship with the leasing/management staff is super important to me and they already know my name! They’re really considerate, friendly, and honestly a joy to work with.
