John, Val, and Hailey at The Retreat at River Ranch are an incredible team! From day one, they’ve all been welcoming, professional, and quick to help with anything I’ve needed. John is always on top of things and makes sure residents feel taken care of, Val has such a friendly and approachable attitude that brightens your day, and Hailey is wonderfully helpful and detail-oriented. Together, they make living here a truly positive experience, and I’m grateful for the way they go above and beyond for the community

I have been here one month and it is a very quiet place to call home Update.. I have lived here four years, when I first moved here everything was in order, staff was very well mannered and all the staff knew me by first name. The maintenance fixed repairs the same day. No complaints I loved it here! Fast forward to now, I don't love it here anymore. The maintenance takes forever to fix repairs, my kitchen faucet was broken for 3 weeks. John was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable when showing me the apartment. They made the process easy and pleasant. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
