Apartments are comfortable and management staff is very informative and helpful. Cleaning is good and meticulous. Thanks for making where I live a place I can call home.
Great place to live! The building is always very clean and smells fresh every morning. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and Wendy is professional, approachable, and always willing to help when she can. Management truly makes an effort to keep a positive environment for everyone.

I haven't had any problems with management or maintenance. Wendy has done the best she can do, and Larry the maintenance guy is very nice. They bring in pest control, and they respond very quickly to maintenance requests. Unfortunately they use appfolio for rent payment so we have to pay a fee to pay our rent and we can't use cash anymore, but I think that has more to do with the technological times we live in. I appreciate everything they do to keep our community safe.
Do not live, work or do any business with Lindahl Properties AKA- Wayzata Properties. BAD PEOPLE DOING BAD BUSINESS!
