Usually I would never write a review but I remember when I was endlessly searching for an apartment, all the reviews helped greatly so I thought its my duty to set the record straight and give my honest opinion. First of all, the location is great because its close to the walking trails, metropolis mall and is close to the highway for easy access. Our move in experience has been excellent. The management staff has accommodated us well and we are very happy with our apartment and the building amenities. Our expectations were exceeded and we would recommend Hunters Ridge to our friends and family.
A Great Find In Plainfield! We have lived here for the past four years, and absolutely love it. The staff are friendly - they care for residents and take care of any concerns, requests and provides needed support when asked. When we had a concern about an issue they resolved our issue within 24 hours - they are not like some people that do not care, as long as they are made aware - they will resolve it! Maintenance support is incredibly fast and efficient.
Nothing but Positives – We have lived at Hunters Ridge for a year and a half. The location is great with easy access to Metropolis Mall, I-70 and 465. The apartment is spacious with great closet space and a deck big enough for a table and chairs-I love it. The people who live here are very nice and mostly considerate. I have never had any problem with noise-it is very, very peaceful. I walk the trails at night and feel 100% safe. The best part of living here is the staff. To say they are nice just isn't enough. Affordable & Convenient – I had a friend live here 2 years ago and after visiting his place a few times I looked into living here when I last moved. I'm going into my 4th month of living here and I have to say it is still a great complex. My neighbors are around 20-50 years old and never too loud or crazy. The parking lot fills up pretty quickly each night but clears out somewhat morning. The property manager knew me by name after only a month living here so that was really cool. She's been quick to help out with all needs.
Impressed – I lived in these apartments with my roommates for a little under 5 years. The office staff was always courteous and when we had to leave, these people helped us through it every step of the way. The parking was good (however we only had 2 cars) so I don't know how hard it would be for multiple cars, but in general the place was amazing. Generally the neighborhood was quite quiet. I love this place! – I love this place. It's quiet with gorgeous grounds! The apartments are built very well (I've never heard my neighbors) and the management is great. I've lived here for over 2 years now, from 2008 to present and I just signed another year lease. Main things, it s quiet, management is great, service is VERY fast and our neighbors are nice. GREAT CHOICE!!! GREAT PRICE!!! – I visited these apartments just a few weeks ago and wanted to check reviews before I committed. I'm very impressed with what people have to say. When I visited, the community was clean, and the leasing staff was pleasant, they even ran a criminal background check, very impressed. Thanks for the great reviews everyone!
