My wife and I have lived here over 20 years and have never had any issues with this property. There are over 10 units with tenants that have been here for years. I love the staff because they are very efficient and very fair. We couldn't of found a better place!
It's not often I feel the need to recommend anything, but Hunters Ridge is near perfect place to live. I have been here about 18 years, and it would take a lot to get me to move. The staff is exceptional, the grounds are well kept and the maintenance is excellent. Quick response to any problems. In the 18 years I have been surrounded by incredible tenants. To top it all off you are close to everything and wouldn't even know it because of the residential setting. This is a hidden jewel in Plainfield.
I lived at Hunters Ridge for 3 years and I can recommend this apartment to anyone: quiet, clean, value priced, safe, and areas well maintained. Most importantly, the property is professionally managed by Debra, who is not only efficient but very personable, makes everyone in the building feel welcome and treated as a valued tenant, and she responds immediately to all your needs. Highly recommended!
I enjoy living in this community. It's quiet and private, yet close enough to grocery, doctors, recreation, restaurants, entertainment and more. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The staff here are nice and handle my concerns timely and satisfactorily. It's nice to just chill on my patio with a newspaper and coffee. I've lived here for just five years now, and it's been great. Whenever I eventually move again, I wish I could just pick up my apartment and take it with me! The rent is very low for all the space I have, and I love the layout of the apartment. Management is very easy to get in touch with and was great meeting up with me to give me a tour of the apartment, sign my lease and give me the key when I was driving in from out of state and first moving to Indiana. Hunters Ridge Apartments are one of the nicest, cleanest, reasonable priced rent and well-kept maintenance-free apartments in Plainfield. Their staff are friendly and helpful, residents well-mannered and mindful.The property is well-cared for and shows the pride of the residents. Best complex I've lived at yet! I've lived here over a year now and am continually impressed with the excellent service and support provided here.
Literally the best plan I have ever lived in Plainfield over the last seven years of residing here. The apartment complex is very beautiful and surrounded with beautiful trees. Of the 3 Plainfield apartment complexes I lived in over the last 10 years, Hunters Ridge was definitely the best. It was the first apartment I moved into on my own and the property manager Debra was very nice and helpful as it was a new experience for me. That friendliness continued on throughout my stay and even extended to any visitors I had. After living here for 3 years I'm glad to say this place has exceeded all my expectations. The management staff is fantastic, very professional, and courteous. Debra is and excellent manager. They are quick to respond to any maintenance request. The maintenance guy (Ray) is bar none the best maintenance person I have ever dealt with in an apartment complex.
