THE HUNTER'S RIDGE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE ARE AMAZING FROM THE NIEGHBORS TO THE STAFF. IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN A GREAT PLACE, GO CHECK IT OUT! Movie theater, pool with year-long outdoor grills/heaters, large, apartments, clean, beautiful grounds, safe. YOU CAN TELL THE OWNERS REALLY CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS!

Beautiful apartment complex and very friendly staff.
Awful management - do not live here. Unnecessary reservation fees, ridiculous pet rules/regulations and more non refundable fees, weird bicycle rules where they break your bike locks and confiscate your bike if you don't ride it enough??? They also call the cops for trespassing when you bring your guests to the pool. There are so many great apartment complexes in Lawrence...do not waste your time even taking a tour.
