Maintenance is pathetic we moved here cause they are visibly better apartments in Lawrence but we’re disappointed. My washer, dryer, sink and hot water tank have been giving me problems since forever. Some nice lady got the washer changed so I was lucky but the rest I have been bearing ever since. Closing work orders without fixing them is a usual for them.
RecommendedWe’ve only lived here for 6 months but so far our experience has been incredible. The staff has been helpful with all our leasing needs. For an apartment complex they have a decent gym but the amenities overall surpass all our previous apartments. It’s also the perfect location for our commutes to work with quick access to the highways.
I haven't lived here long (5 months) but I absolutely love living here so far! I'm in love with the layout and look of my one bedroom apartment. It is very modern and elegant. Although, hardwood flooring or more tile would be a nice addition for the dining room area. The staff have been friendly, understanding and easy to work with. I haven't been able to enjoy the pool area yet but I am looking forward to that as summer approaches shortly.
We have lived here for almost 6 months and so far it has been a good experience. Being a family of three the apartment is incredibly spacious especially the closets. The staff so far have been helpful and nice. The facilities are always clean and we enjoy all the added amenities. My only complaints are our low water pressure and that we can hear every step the tenants above us take. I have however been really impressed with the staffs efforts this winter in snow removal.
Absolutely love these apartments. They are priced very well for the quality and space you get. Apartments are very spacious, third floor has vaulted ceilings which I LOVE! Closets are huge, bathrooms have two sinks and lots of counter space. Maintenance is so quick when a request is sent in and office staff is very friendly! Luxury homes, great facilities. Professional staff that is very easy to work with.
The management team and the maintenance team are outstanding! Very responsive, friendly and flexible when needed. I will have to say that I am somewhat surprised by the noise level at our apartment; we are on the second floor and get it from above, below and beside us! Also surprised that people don't seem to know how to close a door properly...I can't keep my pictures straight on my walls because people slam their doors so hard! Bottom line, Hunters Ridge is great...residents need to be more considerate of their neighbors.
From Vickie Paige: Every maintenance visit is quick and professional and courteous. Recently a request was made and met on the same day with brand new replacements. The maintenance staff are 5 Star and keep our location clean and safe. How lucky to live at Hunter's Ridge.
Hunters’ Ridge Apartments is an excellent place to rent, the management is friendly, courteous, and prompt. The maintenance staff always responds in a timely manner, and the property is very clean with plenty of amenities. It’s also in a great location. Highly recommended!
