Hunters' Ridge has been an absolutely incredible place to live! I love the facilities. Not only our apartment but also the pool, fitness center and theatre (where I spend a ton of time). There's always someone willing to help when need be and overall it's a very positive, inviting environment.
We love Hunters Ridge! Very professional and clean. The manager, Melinda, is prompt, accommodating, and most importantly, welcoming! Amanda is wonderful and shows an appreciation for us all. This complex is friendly and safe and is right next to the highway! In addition, the maintenance team is awesome! Definitely recommend.
We just moved in, but have had a wonderful experience so far. We toured, applied, and had keys to our new apartment in less than 24 hours. The apartments and property are gorgeous and well taken care of. The office staff is very responsive to any requests we have. We're looking forward to living here! Thank you!

This is the best place ever! I worked here the last two summers and was always impressed by the respect and care that management has for their residents. The property is beautiful and conveniently located off 6th Street. Just take a tour and you'll see that no other place in Lawrence compares!
I lived in this complex and loved the feel of the grounds and apartment themselves. My wife and I drove into to Lawrence a few days after Thanksgiving stayed the night in a hotel woke the next day and began looking for apartments to live in. We went to Hunters Ridge later in the day after viewing other properties and were really impressed by Melinda and Sarah in the leasing office, they took us on a tour of the complex and we immediately knew it was were we wanted to be. I only lived at Hunter's Ridge 10 and a half months and left only because my job required me to move. I appreciate the staff at Hunter's Ridge for everything they did while I was there. The view from my apartment was fantastic and the complex was convenient to work and KC. I want to thank Hunter's Ridge's staff for treating me well and I wish all the best for the future!
