I used to love living here. The units are old and not the highest quality, but the old Austin vibes, people, and personality within each unit made me stay. Lately corporate is cracking down, but not on any of the things that matter. So entire walls are being rebuilt (with families not being offered a new unit while they are forced to live in a construction zone) due to entire buildings being completely water logged with wet walls, no door in this entire complex closes correctly due to structural shifting, water is constantly... read more
It's my own fault for staying here because moving and downsizing was easier. My new unit has a hole in the front door frame causing temperature fluctuations and all manners of insects to invade my space. Water temperature is unstable and hot in the sink no matter what and the shower I has terrible pressure and poor temperature regulation. I love how they just spray paint over door hinges, truly an experience to stiff hinges. Windows aren't sealed so I have a new any colony friend that is invading my kitchen. 🤩 At the least ... read more
I’ve lived here nearly a year and have had no issues. Maintenance will come same day or next, super quick turnaround like the other Tramor property I lived in (Sunchase). I really enjoy the location and rent price. The maintenance man just came and killed a roach for me right before leaving for the weekend so you know they actually care about their residents. Highly recommend.
I have lived here for about 4 years. Their Google rating went from 2 stars to 4 stars over the past year... someone is paying to have resident reviews deleted!!! This place is managed very poorly: The mail boxes are constantly getting broken into. Their "solution" was to make everyone pick up their mail at the post office (which takes about 45 minutes in line and is only open M- F during business hours--- when most people are at work). I’ve been waiting to make this review. Now let me preface that I used to live in these apartments as a kid. Found myself in a tight situation where they ended up being the only affordable place available to me after I was in need to find a new place to live in my adult life. Thank you for that. I will say the plus was that some of the units were renovated. The major plus was it was close to where I worked at the time.
