if you are considering Hunters Chase, DON'T. Becky the Manager could care less about you or your safety. There is NO insulation in these apts and they are very old and not kept up. My electric bill on the first floor was over $250 for 4 months this summer. FOR AN APT! You are required to put a deposit down but Becky the manager, took every penny for things she so say recorded, and we really did clean this apt spotless when we moved. They put in some cheap wood vinyl flooring that kept peeling and tore because of the furnitur... read more
