Dr. Coraggio is a great Peditritian, the receptionist very helpful ... But the nurse was absolute cold, unsympathetic with my daughter's fear if needles.. and she just grab them, shot them terribly ... Very very upsetting seeing a pediatric nurse been that aggressive. I'm not coming back to Sand Hill ...ever. I'll keep my Peditritian in Clinton... Where the nurses are nice. I give them 4 stars because Dr. coraggio and the receptionists... And all the other nurses that in the 8 years had treated my daughter's with kindness.
So upset today! We had an appointment for my baby's 2 week check up at 9:40 today. Walked through the door at 9:42. I stood in line for the next 16 minutes listening to the receptionist talk to the lady in front of me about how big she and her twin were at birth. Then when it's my turn she said "I know you've been standing in line for awhile but it's well past your appointment time." After checking with the Doctor she informed me I would need to reschedule. I woke up on Mother's Day to a very sick kid. Fearing he had the flu I called to schedule an appointment. The first thing I was told was that there was $35 surcharge on top of my copay for coming in on a Sunday. I find this to be absurd. To penalize a parent because their kid got sick on a Sunday and not a Monday is insane. While my copay is only $10, I know you receive $120+ from my insurance each time we come in and now you expect me to pay another $35? We have been with Hunterdon Pediatric Associates since my oldest was born. In 7 years we have had nothing but positive experiences! When my youngest (he's 11 months old now) was in the hospital with pneumonia in February, Dr. Braff personally called to check on him, then called us when we got home. I can't say enough good things about this practice.
All 3 of our children get the Royal Treatment upon their visitations. Great group of professionals. Thank you
