Avoid this practice. Great at taking co-pays and up charges for normal visits, bad at providing care. This is the second time we had an emergency with our children and we were a block away from the office. Turned away being told “we don’t have time.”

We use Dr. Kroon and she is a great caring Doctor. We are very happy to use there service . The staff is great and friendly to deal with . I always recommend to others to use them .
While a trip to the doctors is never on our favorite list of things to do, I must say the staff, nurses and doctors are all so wonderful. Tonight we saw Dr. John and he was the greatest pediatric doctor we have ever visited with! Only thing that could make it better is if he did house visits � thanks for always making my son your priority!!!
I was very iffy about changing my prior pediatrician of so many years to HPA but it was very highly recommended. I can now say I regret transferring my 4 children care to them! The staff that answers the phone is not very pleasant and the replies I was getting from them was unacceptable. I had to request to speak to a supervisor to get my my situation taken care of. Have been part of this practice for over 32 years between myself and my children and always have exceptional care. The entire staff is great!
