My uncle passed away in their care a few months ago and they attempted to call my mother, his guardian only once. It wasn't until she received a phone call from the coroner confirming what to do with his remains that she found out he had passed. Needless to say she was devastated and outraged by the lack of attention and compassion of those at this facility.
