Great experience, called before arriving, was prompt in answering my questions, the complete removal of our old system and new unit installation went without any issues. His attention to details were extremely good.
As usual, your techs are the best a person could ask for. Bradley got the line cleared and the condensation draining properly. He then went through in detail the step by step procecess of what we can do periodically to prevent this from happening again. Bradley has been out here 2 or 3 times in the past and has always been very clear about what he is doing. We have learned a lot from Bradley.
Junior A. was very courteous and showed up in a timely manner. The job was completed with efficiency and respect. As a single senior citizen, I feel safe When I received the email telling me who will show up at my door. Thank you so much.
Great job by the crew
