I went to Hunter Structural Integration for the first time when I needed relief in my hips from a tightness in my piriformis. Heather performed a series of techniques that effectively targeted the issue from all areas and I felt relief ever since then. Heather does great work! I will definitely go back to work on other areas in the future.

I can't say enough good things about my first experience with Rolfing. Heather worked wonders on the tension in my neck and upper back. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease during the treatment. Highly recommend!!
