Incompetent across the board from doctor to reception staff, given appointment times and over the course of 3 years have waited a minimum 1.5 hrs to 2hrs to see the doctor, phone consultants are even worse sometimes not even receiving a call
I’ve been very happy with Dr. Alam. He has been on time and is nice a concise during my appointments. It can get quite humid and have a weird smell in the front room.
Dr John I would not recommend 👌 rude arrogant and looks down on you . No compassion or empathy..made my anxiety worse every time I had to go see him..dr Alam seems to be ok 👌
I just want to say thank you so much for the support you gave my husband this afternoon. He was a bit aggressive because he didn’t know what was happening. I apologise for that. Thank you Dr John and our nurse that looked after my husband. Nothing but praise for the care we received this afternoon. 8/11/2024.
