Tara from Hunter Property Management got me into my new residence very quickly, which I needed. Her email listed everything I needed to do on my end to make this move happen as quickly as I needed it to. She was friendly and answered my questions. Really can't ask for much more. We really enjoyed renting from Hunter Properties. There were a few hiccups in communication along the way, but that’s to be expected renting anywhere as we are all humans. John, the main maintenance guy, is fantastic. We were always glad to see when he was the one to resolve our issues. Overall very pleased, especially when Melaina took over as our property manager. Lived in an apartment managed by hunter property for two years. All my maintenance requests were completed promptly and workers were always really nice. Great first experience in the U.S.!
