Hunter Place Apartments is utterly irresponsible. They have no availability but have continued to have ads up on THREE DIFFERENT SITES - including here on Facebook - advertising AVAILABILITY FOR TWO DIFFERENT APARTMENTS!! To make matters worse, they DO NOT answer their phone. This requires people like me to waste very valuable time and money for transportation to come out there to ask questions about the application only to be treated rudely by the office staff! if i could leave 0 stars I would. Where do I begin? The area is just horrible. Someone was shot and killed on the property in front of kids. No cameras were working to see what happened. Kim is a horrible property manager. Someone complained about a resident and she told that resident what they said. And this was a few residents that have stated the same thing. I moved in and I love Hunter place I feel very welcomed and safe . I love how they have activities with the residents and they take very good care of us. I would recommend this place to you guys . My family loves it here and I know you guys will to.
I have no issues since i have been here. Management and staff are great. When i do have a problem, theyre quick to get it fixed.
Neighbors yell at things that arent there, and people park next to us and blast their car sterio atleast 3 or 4 times a week. Management seems to have a issue being at the office during office hours, air conditioning vent wasnt changed when we moved in,( and being a first time renter we had no clue it was raising our pg&e bill rediculously high), hot water is kinda a blessing when we get it( which is rare). They took my rent money and put it to a pest control bill and did not let me know anything and charged me for rent again and told me I owe a $75 late fee fuck this place and the bitch in the office �����
