I live at Hunter's Park in the Rocky Mount area. My air conditioner went completely out and within two weeks, the wonderful team from J.W. Hunter Co., Inc. came over and replaced the entire unit with a brand new AC system. They are sincerely friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. Replacing the AC is an all day event and these two people worked tirelessly, very efficient as well. Lived in the Whitehall area in Wilson for just over 5 years. This company manages all the apartments there and are great. Any issues that came up were always tended to quickly, and the lady at the front desk was always friendly and professional.
maintenance requests are promptly completed. very happy with service

I love my neighborhood! It took me no time at all to feel at home and safe. The unit is very well constructed and well planned. Amy, the manager of my neighborhood, is terrific, as are everyone else I've been in contact with from the main office; so polite and warm! Very happy to have chosen to make the move from Maine to a J. W. Hunter location!
You need to be ashamed of how you do people......Got totally slammed with the return of the security deposit..... the fees they charged for unforseen items to correct were astronomical... they definitely got an extra months rent out of me... Would not recommend you guys to anyone... nobody!!!!
I lived on Walnut Creek Drive for 8 years. The rent was a great price for a 2 bedroom for me. And it was a wonderfully quiet area. I would still be there had I not moved closer to work. I really miss that apartment and JW Hunter. Their customer service was always top notch and they were very quick to have things fixed when needed! I highly recommend JW Hunter Company!
I moved to Wilson in Aug of 2018 and moved into A J.W. Hunter property the Walnut Creek neighborhood I loved it there the grounds were kept nice it was quiet the home was taken care of the rent was fair if I did not buy a home I would have stayed there
