For the most part yes I recommend lol. My short answer is: 1.) JW Hunter has been super helpful, and generally respond quickly 2.) Final decisions are made by the property owner... which is who you’ll probably be angry/annoyed with 3.) I will not recommend JW hunter to anyone. We lived there for 2.5 years, put security deposit down, pet deposit that doesn’t get refunded to you or used towards anything, paid rent for those 2.5 years and never missed a payment. After we left, during this pandemic, there was one spot of our carpet that was messed up and because of that one small spot, they expect us to pay the whole fee to replace it. Paid $45 for application to be on a waiting list. I got a call the next day stating I wasn’t approve due to credit score has to be above 600. I KNEW my credit score was over 600 because I checked it before I applied. I double checked my scores ALLL three Equifax, TransUnion and Experian are ALLL above 600. Apparently they use Equifax, I called Equifax and they told me I can access my score online, again, over 600. This is the only way to see the report we ran. In order to be fair to all applicants we have to go by the report we pull. I lived in an apartment leased by JW Hunter for 6 years and have absolutely no complaints. Very prompt response to any requests at all times. My apartment was in Rosewood and it is so quiet and the neighbors are wonderful. I highly recommend JW Hunter!

The Windsor Creek Community was a pleasure to live in. It is very quiet, with friendly and respectful neighbors. The sidewalks in the community are ideal if you enjoy walking with children or pets. Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner which is plus. When moving out, be sure to follow all move out instructions and clarify with the office to ensure a smooth move out process. I had a minor issue following move out however we were able to resolve the issue in less than 24 hours which was appreciated.
