There's very little parking if any, too many new cars and no where to park, mechanics are useless couldn't find the problem, left dealership and the problem's are back
Very poor customer service. Called today to get information about pre owned Haval h6 ultra and the guy on the phone was not interested to talk. He was showing notion as if I need to sell the car to make a living when actually it was opposite. Also, he said I will call you back in 5 minutes to give information about newly arrived h6 and never called back. Poor service at the centre
Absolute joke of a business, they will have your car in their workshop more often then you'll be able to drive it. Horrible communication skills, don't call back or give updates and speak down to you when you finally crack.
Very poor service. Checked in with the dealer and was told I will be able to test drive one of the models. Came all the way from Newcastle, had to wait 20min just to talk to the salesperson, only to be told to come back another day. Would not recommend this dealer due to poor customer relations.
