I have been going to Hunter Dodge since 2001. Their service is good and the people are great. My service writer, Jim Monroe i very professional and committed to giving good outstanding service/support.
Jackson is the worst advisor I've ever met. You shouldn't tell your customer you forgot to call them. Then lie to them on the phone not knowing their sitting in the waiting room and can hear everything. Oh let's not forget I brought my car back a week later for the same problem I was having and you people tried to blow smoke up my butt. You over book. Your rude. Oh god don't even get me started on the chick Service manager that runs from calls like a child. Get your act together.
They are very down to earth and they also support the community and the next generation :) thank you for supporting our 4 H youth
Loved this place, my salesman was the bomb. Brian H. He took the time and went over everything about my new 2014 Ram 3500. This guy is fantastic.
Their service department is terrible. Took me 2 days to get someone to give me an appointment. Now I can't get my service advisor to call back and tell me what's going on with my Jeep. This is my 3rd vehicle from this dealer and will be my last!

I had a great experience today with General Manager Gus Briones. Gus has always been a stand-up guy with me and today was no exception. He accommodated me with a request and I appreciated it. Thanks Gus and I am a fan of H.W. Hunter.
