I scheduled an appointment 2 months in advance for a wheel bearing to be fixed. Got a call the day before from a lady who cancelled my appointment I called her back asking why it was cancelled she said the person who scheduled my appointment failed to put why I was being seen, I explained to her why I was bringing on my car and she apologized and kept my scheduled appt. They did not provide carfax and we found it had been in accident ,we brought extra warranty asking for bumper to bumper they also put covered immediate items on bill of sale and did not stand by even that ,what you get at dodge is smooth talkers ,you couldnt beleive or shouldnt beleive a word that is said ,and couldnt trust them if there tongue came notirized.distgusting place be warned people .
Cristina is awesome. She took care of everything and had my car out quickly. Dave Garcia fixed the issue in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend both of them.
The service department sucks! They had my truck for a month for a stupid $10 bottle of friction modifier that these dumb techs forgot during a recall. They also dented my truck, and when I received it they didn't even bother to wash it off, looked like greasy hands all over it. Now I'm writing this cause they are doing the same thing to a friend my mine. Y'all need to step up your game, cause you lost a valued customer.

Good people, good service, no high pressure sales tactics. Process started via internet searches for a specifically optioned truck; Internet Manager Jordan Magana was very responsive and provided us with what we felt was very competitive pricing right off the bat. Good communications through to us taking delivery five days later. Jordan was pleasant, knew his stuff, and seemed to go out of his way to make sure our transaction was smooth and pain-free!
