The door we ordered came on schedule, was installed well, and looks great. That said, the installers were downright rude. One of the two just glanced at me when I said hello and then abruptly turned away. The other did speak but was short with me to the point where I was uncomfortable standing in my own garage, gave sarcastic answers, and acted like my presence was bothering them. Eric is very professional and meticulous! He explained every detail about the garage door and how to maintain the door for longer expectancy/functionality. I highly recommend Eric for any installation or maintenance needed.
Our experience with Hunter was great from start to finish. The sales guy never pressured us into anything and the experience with him to start was awesome. The door came in when they said it was and install was quickly scheduled and done. The installers were great and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the install. I’d recommend these guys to anyone!
Great service! Hunter had a repairman out in a timely manner, the repairman (Archie) was efficient and courteous, and my old garage door opener works like a charm! Would definitely recommend this company to others.
Excellent experience! I called for repairs and was given an immediate appointment. The repairman arrived on time, was courteous and professional. The repairs were completed quickly. I couldn't be more pleased.
Our garage door opener is junk! At least once a month it stops functioning and have to reset. L3 times now, it stopped all together, called for service. Purchased it 4 years ago, had served many times, last time was last week and I have to say...it's SLOWER than ever!!! JUNK!
