From a buyer's agent stand point: While I was not present for the inspection I did arrive to hear the explanations to the buyer of the items listed on the summary sheet. The explanations were professional and he maintained a courteous mannerism to the buyer. Very patient and professional.

Mr. Hunt was amazing at explaining everything he was doing throughout the home inspection. His knowledge and expertise was clearly illustrated during the experience.
