Engagement with this team was easy and their price was aggressive, so I went with them. Sadly, they dropped a huge oak across my driveway onto our large specimen dogwood in the front yard. Rather than conceding our loss and agreeing to a reasonable settlement (to cover the loss), they argued that it was not their responsibility.

When I called , Ben was here the next day to grind a stump. When l removed the pile of chips all around the outside of the stump was still above grade. When I called him he said it would be 2 weeks before he could get back I haven't heard from him since, now he doesn't answer my text or phone calls. I will need to hire another grinder to finish what I paid him to do . Very unreliable

Texted pics per his info on FB on Sunday, no response. Called on Monday, no answer and vm was full, no call back. I moved on to another tree service.

This was our second job done by Ben and crew. We rarely do "reviews" but, in Ben's case, he was superb in all respects: reliable, care and quality of work done, very personable, totally professional.
