Despite booking well in advance and confirming a week before, they completely forgot our booking and showed up more than 2 hours late. The guys were very slow and innefficient loading, on their phones a lot, and quite careless with our possessions. Me and my partner moved half the stuff ourselves and it still took them over 3 hours to load. The manager refused to provide an itemised invoice or receipt at the end which seemes very shady.
