We've been in business for 30 years. Chinese food has evolved alot during those time. People are eating healthier, and better ingredients. Our products are 100% sourced in the US. Best quality fish, seafood, meats and produce are all from the Hunts' Point Mkt right here in New York. Our cuisine is different because we don't believe in cooking with lots of sauce and seasoning that lots of Chinese restaurants do. Give it a try, and you will understand!! Looking forward to serving you...

I wouldn't even know where to begin...I moved away and I can sincerely say that losing Hunan was one of our top 5 things we miss in 38 years of living in NY. From traveling all over Hunan Taste, HANDS DOWN, has consistently, the best Chinese Cuisine. I'm never sure if I want to begin with the appetizers or entrees but for sure after a full meal we always would take a meal home .
