We've been in business for 30 years. Chinese food has evolved alot during those time. People are eating healthier, and better ingredients. Our products are 100% sourced in the US. Best quality fish, seafood, meats and produce are all from the Hunts' Point Mkt right here in New York. Our cuisine is different because we don't believe in cooking with lots of sauce and seasoning that lots of Chinese restaurants do. Give it a try, and you will understand!! We ordered take out this past wknd, and we were very disappointed. After I requested no green and red peppers,they added peppers to a dish that specifically did not come with peppers. They then delivered a new order of same dish with no peppers, but mostly cabbage, little bit of pork, 2 pieces of tofu and lots of oil! We will never order from them again! Worst Meal Ever!

Hunan Taste---YUM! Especially the Ribs. Calvin and Michael, I salute you.. I rate you six stars.
The food is excellent the spear ribs are so meaty, the rest of the meal was awsome, service was great love it
Spare Ribs and Egg Rolls were excellent, Roast Pork Fried Rice, and the Chicken with Cashews and String Beans, was a fail, no seasoning or natural flavor, it was a take out order, if it had been in the restaurant, we would have sent it back......
