Beautiful place and location. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Come see for your self.
My girlfriends and I visited in October for my "bachelorette" party. I don't get to travel much so this was by far the best resort we've ever stayed at as a group. The staff was so kind and helpful, we were upgraded to a suite, it was awesome there was construction going on so I can't wait to come back with my family and see the changes!! My only complaint was that at the pool bar there was a really rude, young bartender. He didn't greet us he just said if we wanted drinks to show ID. Me and my partner just had an amazing first time trip to San Diego and saw this Hotel on Groupon and decided to stay for 5 days over the Labor Day Weekend. We were a little nervous over the bad reviews on Trip Advisor but when we arrived the front office staff was awesome. The room was beautiful very clean modern and comfortable. The whole resort was very clean and well taken care. The staff in all departments were very nice and pleasant.
