Horrible Customer Service, Rooms not sound proof, Jack hammer started in front of our room at 7:30 am Poor dining selections
The resort property and restaurant are nice and the hotel rooms are ok. However the parking situation is a joke. They charge you 14 dollars for parking, but then there isnt even enough parking space by the building we were staying in so we had to park in a parking lot on the other side of the lobby and walk quite a ways back over to our room. Not very convenient for having to pay a rediculous parking fee. In addition to a 10 dollar per night resort fee. I will probably look at staying somewhere else that does not charge ther... read more
2nd year in a row that we stayed here to watch a concert, have dinner and enjoy the amenities the place has to offer. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had problems with the first room we checked into on our most recent stay and they were able to switch our room immediately. We will be back again soon.
Absolutely fabulous, loved it ❤️.
