Es un lugar precioso la Bahia y la playa cerca voy a regresar y aqui estoy todavia me voy mañana.
Horrible customer service. Manager straight up lied to my face. Maids don't come until 4 pm unless you call and ask. I called at 1 pm asking them to come, they told me they would send them right away. An hour an a half later, no sign of them, so I call back and the manager gives ME attitude telling me there was a bridal suite that was higher priority. Maybe they should hire more housekeepers? Or maybe just not lie and tell me they were coming when I called at 2? Either way, customer service at this place is laughable.
Always a good breakfast. Will be back! Eggs Benedict was on point and the view of the water makes it awesome.
Stayed for our anniversary. We will be back. Great choice!
We LOVE this place! Stayed here 3 separate times in last 6 weeks. Every time, is the bomb. Backstage LIVE is awesome! Front desk staff super friendly. View from our room of the bay and city can't be beat!
The vaulted ceiling on the second floor room we got was great. The pool was awesome for the kids (especially at night with the lights). The staff was quick and courteous with the few tiny issues (missing TV remote when we checked in, I forgot to get forks when I bought dinner and brought it back to our room, and when I needed change for the vending machine). Would stay again.
