Extremely professional and sympathetic to our family's grieving process. In a very hard situation, they gave comfort in knowing that that the funeral was one thing we didn't have to worry about. At the cemetery, my wife forgot her jacket and Jim Bob took off his coat and put it around her because he could see how cold she was. These are the things you can't put a price on. I couldn't say enough nice things about these people.
Words can't express my feelings regarding Jim Bob!! I met him at one of the lowest points in my life. In the first 30 minutes of sitting down with him, I felt like I knew him my entire life. I walked away losing a loved one but gained a friend! I had some unusual request and he walked me through them all of them. The entire staff was wonderful, each time I showed up to talk, they acted like they had all the time in the world just for me! I'm sure this is a fine place to do business but I can't help but to express my feelings on there future plans to put a crematorium across the street from my Childs future elementary school! I am appalled by there choice of location for this, and pray they reconsider there location!
