Had excellent service from them and Nile was very patient and kind.
Don't trust the "Nissan pre-owned certification". I made the mistake of not checking under the hood on an almost new, certified pre-owned 2024 Versa. Got it home later that day and found rats had been living under the hood at some point and the car needs a new engine bay wiring harness. They admited they store these cars off site in a place that this can happen. Willis Nissan said "there's nothing we can do". Beware buying from this dealership, they do not care if they rip you off.
Best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesperson Jay was amazing. Showed us the exact cars we wanted to look at and got us where we wanted to be with the car we picked and trade-ins with no hassle at all. Will definitely be taking my business here again.
I loved my car in 2023!! I know when I do want to sell mine....I'll be right there again.
