Nile Kretschmer did a fantastic job with checking up on the life expectancy of the brakes. No high pressure sales tactics. Great dealership, with the utmost in customer service. Highly recommended!

**SECOND UPDATE Had an issue with the service department that I didn't feel was fair. Steve, the service director, ended up reaching out to me personally and getting everything fixed and addressing my needs. In a world where many businesses don't respond to reviews, I can say I both appreciate and respect them being timely and accommodating my issues.
Jake Schneider is the definition of GREAT customer service went above and beyond. You can tell he values customers and not just another person coming in. The interaction left me feeling appreciated and taken care of.
Update: Steve the Service Director reached out to me immediately after my original appointment and addressed every single one of my concerns. He was extremely professional and accommodating. He had me bring my truck back in and his techs figured out the issues quick and efficiently. One of the issues ended up being an aftermarket part that I installed causing an issue.
