Every time I take my vehicle to Willis Nissan for an oil change, they do an excellent job and I’m very happy with the service. However, I refuse to take a survey or answer questions about my service. They contact me numerous times after I get an oil change so that I can give them feedback. To whom it may concern, please quit contacting me. I do not have time to take all of these surveys. I came in with a minor problem with my Nissans undercarriage. I did not have a appointment. Talked with Jake Schneider he took a look at the problem and got me right in for repair and I was back the in less than a half hour. Thanks Jake for your prompt sercice.
Nile Kretschmer did a fantastic job with checking up on the life expectancy of the brakes. No high pressure sales tactics. Great dealership, with the utmost in customer service. Highly recommended!

**SECOND UPDATE Had an issue with the service department that I didn't feel was fair. Steve, the service director, ended up reaching out to me personally and getting everything fixed and addressing my needs. In a world where many businesses don't respond to reviews, I can say I both appreciate and respect them being timely and accommodating my issues.
