Good location I currently live in apartment 5B, a one bedroom/one bathroom apartment. The location is perfect, with access to the bus line at the bottom of a gentle hill. The building is constantly being updated, and you're only a few short blocks from the Capitol Square.
Typical college apartment In a 2 bedroom with 3 people, not ideal but it works. The rooms are small and can fit one full size bed comfortably. There is a loud manufacturing building next to the Humbucker, but you can only hear it with windows open. AC, cable, and Internet are included so if you keep the window shut and like being close to campus it's fine. The kitchen has decent space and the living room is slightly bigger than the bedrooms. Average apartment.
