Was seen promptly but the provider I saw was very rude and condescending. She shut down what I had asked for but then made them her own ideas and just made me feel stupid. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and I left extremely upset and frustrated.
I have been going to open door for about 15 years and I fine them to be very nice and when I go in for appointment my P A lisien to what I have to say and she gets right on it and has my blood done and makes referral out of town and she does her best to help me. I know she is very busy but she is and has been great for taking time and helping me get answers for my health. Thank you open door.
Other than my main care provider disappearing two years ago, the place has been very good to me and I'm very happy with it
So much worse than ncc. It takes months to get in no matter how important. Don't feel cared for at all. This is a huge step backwards for arcata.
