Constantly canceling appointments last minute, impossible to get ahold of, when they cancel your appointment last minute they reschedule a minimum of a month out, do not have any empathy, other open door clinics are way easier to deal with and actually care about their patients. Going on month 4 of waiting on an appointment because it gets cancelled EVERYTIME.
Been trying for 3 years to get an answer for my issue no results. Front desk staff made me feel uncomfortable.
Okay I'm giving you guys an update and is now been over 3 years and several months since they have not given me the services I need from now on everybody stay away from this Humboldt Open door clinic they do not provide the services that they say they do and they rip you off for the money and for things including your teeth and every other test that is for HIV/AIDS and whatnot they are not following through with the CDC law and they are not following through with the federal government HDSS laws now these guys are lack of op... read more
This medical clinic helped me through a time of identity exploration and gender care. I felt supported with attentive care to following procedure guidelines. There was a notable waittime for an appointment, but it was worth the wait.
Been waiting over two and a half years for a doctor to reply to me just had syphilis and the doctor from UCSF wants me to do a bunch of tests but these doctors don't want to do them they want me to hold out for an additional 3 months when I have an appointment on June 3rd at 8:25 in the morning at UCSF health here are my charts and my paperwork I'm supposed to have done before that day
