Great oysters! On a (too short) 3 day weekend in Eureka, we stopped by to try their "samplers" , Awesome! Fresh, local oysters with the perfect touch of the different sauces/toppings, WOW!,...we HAD to stop in again before leaving & oysters were just as AWESOME! Thank you Humboldt Bay Provisions �
