Yum! The host at our vacation rental stocked us up! Absolutely delicious!
I used to love their coffee and quality a lot.... Just ordered two packs of beans and received damaged box with beans out inside everywhere. After contacted customer service was asked to mail it back. They received my return and didn't refund or didn't replace. Women at customer service just rude and terrible. Will NEVER order again. Lost $35 that ok. DO NOT BUY
I have ordered coffee on-line but did not like it due to bitter taste, I e-mailed the company inquiring about the return, week later never received a reply, e-mailed again and nothing in response, after that I decided to call and surprisingly was able to talk to someone and explain that I have ordered 3 bags of coffee and 1 that is unopened I would like to return.
