RecommendedI’ve owned my race car for a long time and it was nothing but a constant battle with getting the car right chasing issues after issues from previous owners. Then one day I made the decision to drop it off to Humble performance to have the car revamp. Alex and his guys went above and beyond from fabrication to final assembly and tuning. Alex and the team at Humble Performance are top notch. I brought them a car from 10 hours away and left with a car that far exceeded my power goals. Since then the car has surpassed the original goal I had for it with the help and guidance from Alex and Kenny. It’s obvious that they love to see their customers succeed and enjoy their finished projects.

I ordered a Kpro in June. understood that it world take a while due to covid. Emailed Kenny over the months to keep up on the status. Come October and I'm not getting responses on email. Call the shop and was told they lost my ECU. I ask why they waited 6 months to tell me that the guy said he'd call me back. I called the next day and he said they never received my ECU and tried to make me buy one from them. After proving Kenny signed for it the Kpro was shipped out the next day. Got a tune from humble and they fixed my ecu for me. The day of the tune they went over and beyond . I got to deal with the entire staff that day and they were very professional. 100% recommend them.
They provided great and fast service. I took my ecu in to get Kpro installed and within a day I got a call back that it's ready for pickup. Very humble people. 5 stars.
One of the founders is a racist, cyber bully, and enjoys harassing the mentally challenged folks. Would not recommend.
customer service sucks! sent several emails and not 1 response! I ordered a kpro for $1,050 on June 12th still no response and no kpro. I want my money refunded and will go elsewhere. I'm ready to take other steps against this company if I need to. this is no way to treat a customer!

you guys need to really work on ur customer service. it sucks to the limit.
