Alex and his team go above and beyond to help their customers. Alex is very good a tuning. He helped work out some driveability issues I had (I was etuned by another tuner before hand), and he wouldn't quit until both of us was happy with the car. Alex is beyond passionate in what he does. He and his team is very Humble, and his shop is a legacy that has helped bring the Honda scene to where it is today, as a very competitive market and scene and to the joys of just being car guys. Alex is the reason why i still have hope in this community. Just a small example. Ordered a build from him 2 years back. Didnt get the chance to complete it till this year. Found out a few things were wrong. (Mind you i'm an international customer) without a word he said send em back will send you the correct ones. And i was like whaaaat? Tbh i would i have paid for a new set had he asked for it because two years man come on! But this guy is a gem of a person. Big big shoutout! To team Humble performance

Alex is awesome! A+ with customer service, I have never been to humble performance before but he certainly made me feel like a part of their humble family! I purchased a hondata flash pro from him and he offered to do a few dyno pulls for baseline numbers and a couple of pulls with the various stages of flashes from Hondata at no charge! He took his time to show me how to use the Hondata software and is extremely knowledgeable. If they made Hondata software for my Honda lawn mower I'd bring it to him to tune as well!
