They care about their tenants. I haven't had much trouble with anything, but when I have they have been prompt on getting things fixed. If you pay your rent and don't cause problems with other tenants or their property, you have no issues. They are always available to talk to about any concerns or issues, and they genuinely care. If I could give this prop mgmt company negative stars I would! They never responded to my request to see the property. We wound up talking to the owner who had to contact them to get them to contact me which took an entire week from the time of my request. I was finally able to submit my application and pay my application fee to rent the home. I was waiting on another person who was going to move in with me to submit his application. I’m a single dad that had to move to bowling green area on a short notice. A friend referred me over to Jason (the owner), he had me in a house in just a few days. The ladies at the office were very nice and helpful with everything. I see on the reviews that their promptness to fix things is bad, but people need to understand that when renting a house from a property management company doesn’t mean this company owns these properties.
