This company is the epitome of incompetence. They were hired to transport my elderly father from the hospital to a rehab facility. After 3 1/2 hours and 6 phone calls asking for an ETA of the transport, I had the nurses load him into my vehicle. They repeatedly claimed that they were in the middle of transporting my father, when in fact he was sitting with me in the hospital room, or they claimed they were 10 minutes away. Do not hire this company! Too bad I can’t give them less than 1 star!
