Extraordinary coffee. Friendly service. A thoughtfully designed, relaxed space. That's what you'll find at Humble Coffee Company, a craft coffee shop specializing in single-origin espresso and brews in the Nob Hill/ University neighborhood of Albuquerque. We also serve Albuquerque-made breakfast burritos (red or green?) and a variety of fresh pastries and donuts by local bakeries. We're doing our little part to make the Lomas corridor a little more comfortable. Come in and say hi.

I had one of the best Mochas I've had in a long time here. And the pastry I got was absolutely stunningly well made.
Coffeeshops where, in the preparation of a proper latté/flat white, you can (and will!) receive luscious, velvety foam poured over espresso by a seraphic barista are few and far between. Humble is one of the three. The second goes unnamed here, and the third is a quasi-public secret, located in Physics & Astronomy and staffed by graduate students.
My new favorite place! Delicious hand crafted pastries and coffee, and fabulous customer service. Truly, I can't ask for more!

I stopped in today for the first time. I've been driving by for months thinking I should check it out and today I did. Can I say that every expectation I had was completely blown out of the water? Best latte I think I've ever had, anywhere. And this breakfast scone with sausage, green chile, and cheese is killer. This may be my new go-to spot. Service was friendly and wait was minimal for my drink and food. Really, truly, awesome! I will definitely be back!
