Bobbi Cox and Dawn Shudt need to be brought back to the practice!! Bobbi was the best Assistant to Dr. Ortman. She knew what tools he needed before he even asked for them. She had them out and ready the minute he stepped in the room to work on the patient. They made a great team!!! Dawn ran the front office efficiently from checking in/ checking out patients, making appointments to handling the billing. She never made errors in insurance billing and coding. The only detraction would be what seems to be health care professionals (not any single person in particular)doubling as sales reps.
I like it when someone takes the time to talk to me while they are doing an excellent job.
Michele is very kind and personable. She carefully cleaned my teeth and did a excellent job.

I needed an O-ring replaced on my denture. I called office and asked for an apt with Dr Ortman. I was told he would not return until March 18. I was reluctant to wait that long as it was loose and starting to irritate my gum. She said in that case she could squeeze me in at 4:30 with Dr.Pranger. I did NOT see Dr Pranger. The dental asst came in, said she works with Dr Ortmann and replaced the o-ring. When I went to desk the girl said I owed $82. I asked why? Everyone in the office is exceptionally nice and it is a pleasure to come to the dentist! Dr. Pranger and the hygienists have all displayed great skill and they are extremely concerned about your dental and overall health. Communication and dental education are also excellent.
