Updated. I see you have reunited Kenyo with his family.. Thank you. Please do the right thing and get Kenyo back to the owner. You should have never adopted him out, especially with the owner right there in front of you. You had to know the owner had been there every week, looking for their baby. Something is not right here

GIVE KENYO BACK.. Regardless of if she was over the time limit to get him back you still didn't have a signature from the other family and he was still in the shelters possession. Isn't the whole goal of the shelter to get ALL the dogs to get new homes, so here's a thought.. Let KENYO go home and find the adoptive family ANOTHER dog... Not like red pits are a hard breed to come by in the shelter... STUPID
Give that family back their dog why would you adopt him out right in front of her that is absolutely wrong on every level.
