While I agree the Kenyo situation was a negative one, it was still one situation and one that took place not at fault of every single staff member or the whole organization itself. Was their dog never posted ? Why isnt this dog chipped after owning him for seven years ?
You guys are despicable. My mother has been calling to check in on a puppy almost every day since mid-July. Instead of letting her adopt it, you proceeded to take it to the fair, give her the wrong time to wait in line for it, and now someone else will be getting the puppy my mom has been adamantly trying to get for almost two months. Just disgusting. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
